Danielle Deadwyler is an American actress and writer. She starred as LaQuita "Quita" Maxwell in the Oprah Winfrey Network primetime soap opera, The Haves and the Have Nots from 2015 to 2017, and later appeared in Paradise Lost and Station Eleven.
